Change text in pdf file MTBMO

I have an e-book in pdf format that I need two things done with. Firstly, on the last page there is a section listing 2 resources. These resource are out dated and need to be removed and 1 resource needs to be put in their place. That resource is: "Money To be Made online Member Forum" With a clickable link to [login to view URL] Next I need the whole e-book transferred into MS word format so I will have the source in the event that I wish to add to the e-book or remove items from it. This should be an easy project for someone with the right tools and I need this as soon as possible Please.
