Add Icon to IE

I need a piece of Delphi code (that will run in Delphi 4) that will do the following things: 1. add a program Icon and name to the IE Toolbars. 2. remove it again. 3. add an option to the right click menu when placed over a graphic, that will save the graphic to a temp folder (in bmp format) and pass the filename to a program. 4. remove that option again. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Delphi 4 IE 5+
