ASP or ASP.net based auto emailer from existing access database

I have an existing access database that we use to store client contact information. I want to create an asp application that will do the following: 1. Look at two different date fields and? if date 1 is farther than 30 days out from current date, and date 2 is blank send a formatted email to that client. 2. THe formatted email will go to an email address(already in he same database). It will be a form type letter but will insert a few fields from the database (Company name, company code and contact name). This email will be in text format not html as we do not want spam engines to block it. 3. I want to have this automated to run at a specific variable say at the first of each month, but have the ability to modify this fairly easily. possibly to weekly, biweekly etc. 4. This application will not be writing anything to the database at any point. Just reading, perfoming above query, and then sending the email. I will provide sample database upon acceptance. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Server is Windows 2003 with IIS 6.0 Access file is on the server and is part of another web based application.? Would like Cdonts or Cdosys for email function.
