Access 2000 Expert - Report and Synch Problems

We have an Access 2000 database with a VB front end that outputs two reports - one of which is an Access Report. Several replicas are made from the Design Master and used by outside freelancers. On a weekly basis, this database's design master synchs with these other replica databases. Two small problem have just developed: 1. Even though the design master creates the 10-page Access "DCR" Report, the replicas made from that design master do not create the Access Report and 2. new data in the replicas will not synch with the design master. FYI: We have used this system for several years successfully - this is a new glitch and one we anticipate can be quickly repaired. There are four nearly identical DBs - same architecture with different data - which operate in the same environments and which do not have these issues, so we are quite sure that the problem is with a corrupton of this particular DB. This only works in an Access 2000 environment - not 2003 - and because of the complex VB front end that manages it, cannot be upgraded at this time.

The coder will be provided with 1. the problem database, 2. a PDF sample of the Access "DCR" report, 3. the VB front end, 4. a close-to-identical DB (with differetn Data) that does work.

Please only reply if you have worked extensively with Access 2000, with Access Reports and with the Access replica and synch function.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
