Application to access Mobile Address book via PC

The purpose of the application is to access the address book of the mobile phone plugged into the PC, via a webpage. ## Deliverables Deliverables shall include a) Backend server side application that can access address books of non-smartphones plugged into a PC b) Client side application to be installed on the client machine if needed ( needs to be very thin) c) Webpage that can display the accessed address book in a bare minimum presentable format Most satisfactory completion of the above other aspects of the project may also be discussed. Note for all the delievrables, it is essential to have: 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) If this requires a client site desktop app to be installed, which I figure would be needed- A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the Windows platform 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Assume windows platform on the client machine. Site and server side prefer open source.
