Book - Natural Beauty 30,000-35,000 words

# I'm after a book on natural & traditional beauty secrets from different cultures. I would like to include tips skin care, hair care, glowing eyes, healthy nails etc. I'm after a wide range of home remedy, unusual, rare tips that is not common knowledge. I would also like to include a separate chapter/mini-book (5,000 ??" 7,000 words) techniques for skin whitening, tips to looking fair, colour combinations to wear for someone with brown/dark skin so they look fairer).Please include:* the name and description of the method with the outcome, any proof (anecdotal or otherwise) that the method works, the origin of the method* references to source material, ie where you got the information from (website, journal, individual's name, etc). I would like as many tips as possible - the book will eventually be titled "101 Secrets to Natural Beauty " or "50 ways to look fair..", depending on how many we can get. In your quote, please tell me how many methods you can come up with for the price. The book needs to be in conversational English.
