Browse/add/search in PHP/SQL Server

An XML Schema database written in PHP/SQL Server, with add/browse/search capability. Data fields needed (* represents mandatory fields): - * Document id (primary key, numeric; set by server) - * Document type (integer, from an enumerated list of types; set by server) - * Title (less than 60 char) - * Version number (decimal) - * Creation date (datetime - defaults to today) - * Category (integer, from an enumerated list of categories) - * Brief description (less than 255 char) - * Detailed description (less than 2,048 char) - * Contributor name or company name (less than 60 char) - Contributor email (less than 60 char) - Contributor web site URL (less than 60 char) - Source name or company name, if different from contributor (less than 60 char) - Source email, if different from contributor (less than 60 char) - Source web site URL, if different from contributor (less than 60 char) - * XML Schema data (less than 10,240 char) I would like to get the following five PHP files from the winning bidder: (1) Browse database; your typical select list; 20 rows to a page with Next/Prev buttons; Users should be able to Select any record and that takes them to another screen to view the details (2) Select Row details; takes a record id as a parameter; displays a table with all the database fields neatly arranged (3) Add a new record; users should be able to add new records to the database (4) Search database; users should be able to search select fields and view the results (title, descriptions, names, etc.) I don't see a need to search within the XML Schema data field or any of the email, version number, or other fields. Very simple AND'ing of all terms entered. (5) Search results - the results page for the above search Also would like to get SQL Server create statements for the associated databases. No framesets. I will be adding my own colors, fonts, etc. to make the pages match my site. But I would like the tables and form fields themselves to be quite neat so they can be implemented as is. Possiblity for more work once this is complete. ## Deliverables Complete source code of all programming work done. Five PHP files (written for PHP 4.0.6), and one SQL Server file with the appropriate database CREATE TABLE statements. ## Deadline information Deadline is two weeks from bid acceptance, with some exceptions allowed.
