The websites function is that the user can create their own artwok using templates, clipart, fonts or upload their own graphics and then will be printed offsite and shipped to them. They will be using thumbnails on the site that will need to correspond to high res graphics in the actual print layout. We will need an administrator backend that with an easy to use GUI so that the operator doens\'t need to have HTML or programming knowledge to operate it. This will be used to allow administrator to easily upload new images and categorys into database It needs to be robust and fast It will also need a shopping cart capable of Processing Credit Cards, Pay Pal… Be Secure, interface with accounting software, be able to have many different levels of coupons and discount codes. Our site will not be exactly like the one I gave as an example, it will have similar functionality but hopefully will be better. We will We will need live chat capability with the ability to track and live ping a customer while on the site. The site must be able to quickly and correctly handle the vast number of images that we will be supplying as users create their own banners. So a dynamic database is key. We will want to retain all customer data FOREVER and will want to host the site locally here. with all shopping cart process on secure servers. If you had a GAAP advanced type of ERP accounting system t hat was integrated instead of us using a 3rd party accounting package we would be interested in that as well. We will want to send order confirmation emails from this and also integrate with UPS/FedX shipping system so as to send Package Tracking information to customer as well.
