Building a Hub site

I have a project that I started 6 months ago that is just dragging on for such a long time, I am looking to start it again. Basically I want to build a template for a information website. You can see a example of the last version of the website here. <[login to view URL]> Now what this website is a merging of Article: wordpress blog Forum: phpBB Directory: linktracer (FTP based link directory maintainer) Newsletter: 12all Now these need to be tied together under the template provided and also need to have a backend which control the advert on the right hand bar, the website would need to be spilt into categories and then adverts would need to be uploaded depending upon the categories. CVategories would need to be consitent across the whole site. This is a ongoing job and I would want arrange a fee, to roll out multiple version of these type of site along with new design that could be applied by just up loading new images. We would need to discuss this in futhure detail. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform PHP, wordpress, phpBB
