CMS Designed Website Using Wiki Style Databases

The goal of this website is for our visitors to search a database of "listings" in their local area. We along with other listing type companies need to be able to easily upload new listings to the database. These listings need to be categorized among location, price, date and time etc. If users do not find what they are looking for then they will be able to post in the "wanted" section. In this section they will fill out a short form which would be posted to the website. For both databases we would need the material to be deleted once the expiry date has passed. Goal of the site is simplistic and easy to use. The design will not be graphic or animation extensive. - CMS designed website. Easy to manage and upload new information. - Databases so we can upload and sort time sensitive material to the site - Ability for users to search listings using various search topics - SEO friendly such as ability to add page titles, keywords, page description and to name the url's - Login features for our users to show past bids - A wiki type bulletin board where visitors can post their "wanted" section. This needs to be neatly categorized. - About 10 pages will have a gallery of pictures where which we need to be able to upload and modify. -A WAY OF COLLECTING CREDIT CARD/PAYMENT INFORMATION SECURLEY TO PASS ON TO THE LISTING COMPANIES -A BIDDING FEATURE THAT AUTO. EMAILS BUYERS OFFER TO THE LISTING CO. -AN EMAIL SYSTEM TO EMAIL LISTING COS. TO KNOW NEW TIME SENISTIVE INFO POSTED AND DAILY UPDATES. -LOGIN FEATURE FOR CO. SO THEY CAN CREATE PROFILE AND/OR POST NEW LISTINGS ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform All major browsers including Internet Explorer, Mozilla, and Opera. Also needs to properly work on Mac OS X.
