CRM, drip campaign, multi users

Need: Small business looking for: Online, password protected CRM application with drip email campaign and blast email capabilities. Further, we need web form integration to sync our website to this CRM application. Description: Our company has a website where sales managers may input the names of their clientele. We have a main web page that collects basic info, such as, name, phone, address, email and the sales manager ID #, using fill in the blank fields. We want to email each contact as soon as their info is submitted on the web page, using web form integration and a preset drip campaign. The drip campaign will need to hold up to 20 emails and be able to choose between 1 and 365 days apart. Each email needs to have individual photos & contact info of the sales manager that input their name. The first email should be sent automatically and instantly (day 1) We have tried to use applications such as Etelos (on igoogle), planplusonline, and others, but have found that they provide many features that we don't need. This is not project management. Just a simple online CRM, that integrates with our website to collect basic text information, put it on a drip campaign and assign it (photo and contact info) to a specific sales manager (by ID #, probably last four of SS#) Please email with more questions. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform runs on windows XP and/or vista in latest Internet explorer and firefox. REMEMBER - we would like this to be online and password protected, and we are able provide our own websites, just need the code.
