Class Project PHP/MySQL

I'm working on this class project right now and just can't get the code to work (and I have food poisoning-I just woke up from 16hrs of sleep). The project is due Friday, November 15, so time is a big factor in this request for a coder, and my inability to focus let alone stand. I'm certain a professional can do this all in a few hours flat. You will be working with a database in mysql and will be provided with access to the db and website's cgi bin for testing. User name and password will be provided. The project details can be found in the deliverables section. ## Deliverables All HTML should generated by PHP code. 1. Based on the ER diagram, add the prices table to the diagram so you can do the following questions. The prices table should have a primary id key of the proper type and should have a foreign key of album_id which is the primary key of the albums table. Finally, it should have a price field that is a number that accepts decimals. Write out the create table statement and draw the relationship of the prices table to the other table(s) in the ER diagram ??" you only need to show the prices table and any other table(s) it is connected to it. 2. Create an HTML form which accepts as input an artist, an album, 10 songs on that album and the price for the album. The form processor will take in this information when the user presses a submit button and insert the values collected into the various tables. 3. Build a little shopping cart. List out the artist, the album name and the price of each album in your table (you may use a subset if you like) with checkboxes. This should be in table form like the example provided. Also include the clear form or reset type button as well. You will extend this by creating the submit form code. This code should read in the choices the user picks for their cart and print them out on another page in table form with the subtotal printed out in a cell underneath the individual prices column. There should be a continue and a cancel button on the bottom. The cancel button should take the user back to the initial album listing page with no selections made. The continue button should take the users to: 4. Create a PHP page that prints out an HTML page that is a form for the user to fill in their shipping and billing information. First, Last, Address1, Address2, City, State, Zip, Country, Phone, Email for each. You should have a check box that allows the user the ability to skip putting in the shipping information if it is the same as the billing information. It should also have submit and cancel buttons as well. The cancel button should take the user back to the initial album listing page with no selections made. When the user clicks the submit button the processor should take in the information and create the final confirmation page showing: 5. Create a page that lists all the artists/albums/prices the user has chosen with the subtotal, tax and total. Tax should be charged if the user chooses NY as the shipping state. Also, the user should be able to remove items from their cart. It should have submit and cancel buttons as well. The submit button will display a thank you for ordering message. The cancel button should take the user back to the initial album listing page with no selections made. 6. Email the user the confirmation of their order listing out everything that was on the confirmation page on the site ## Platform php-4.2.3, cgiwrap-3.7.1 ## Deadline information 50% of the work should be completed by tomorrow night (11/14/2002).
