Cleaning up 5 web pages -- Less than 1 hour!

I have a ridiculously easy job for somebody who knows how to code in HTML, regardless of interface. Nothing except straight HTML (no JAVA, no VB, none of that!) Within the attached zipfile are 7 files. Five are of web pages, 1 is a vita, and 1 is a picture. The web pages are for a student web site (of me). It is very simple. There is a default page, and it links to 4 other user pages which I have included. All I need is the following: 1. Copy the basic way that the my name headlines the "default" page onto the other web pages. 2. Clean up the left-hand side of "favorite links" and the top section ("navigation bar"?) so that they are stationary as the user clicks back and forth between pages. The rest of the text body will be scrollable. 3. I need small bullets between the links on the navigation bar (i.e. "between 'home', 'about me', etc) 4. Preferably there will be two black lines separating the stationary "frames" from the scrolling frame, except that there is no segment of line between my picture and my name for any of the pages. 5. I need the "navigation" bar linking to the 4 pages to be flush right. 6. The web page grows with how big the user makes his window (gosh how stupid does this sound, it must be easy but I don't have the time to be bothered). 7. Make all the yellow links on the top and left turn from yellow to orange after they've been selected (also easy, but I just don't have the time). Otherwise I want the blue/white/yellow color scheme to remain. I may request 5-10+ minutes of tweaking from the coder after he sends me the first "draft". I am not looking for anything fancy, so there shouldn't be much to change. The winner of this bid will be in the driver's seat to possibly make more ridiculously easy pocket change from me in the future. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform HTML. I don't care what is used. Keep in mind that I will probably tweak it here and there with VISUAL [login to view URL] after the code has been delivered and after my 5-10+ minute free "extra work" that I describe above. ## Deadline information N/A
