Contact Management System PHP/MySQL

The SMS Contact Management system will provide an interface for account holders to manage a mailing list of contacts. To carry out this project, you will be writing PHP code that does the following: - Acessing and storing data from a MySQL database. - Displaying and processesing of forms - Displaying, sorting and filtering tabular data - Accepting text files for upload. - (optionally) working with the PayPal API and handling transaction returns. There are 12-15 functional PHP pages that are required. Please read the attached spec. and data dictionary carefully. You should use only logical HTML layout elements in your output. You may include a simple CSS file to format the output if you wish. When placing your bid, please specify if this includes the PayPal intergration part.
