Covert 5 Images into HTML and CSS

Hi I need to convert 5 Images into HTML and CSS templates that i can use on my custom content management software. The images have different top bar and sidebar links depending on the section which need to be changed depending on the appropriate mouse over states We also need you to provide us with a "selected" class and a "normal" class and we'll set the appropriate class to the appropriate buttons in ColdFusion I also need the template to contain a main content so that i can later choose the style for the content areas I need the 5 separate templates to be: [login to view URL] coded and commented 2. Search Engine friendly(No tables) 3. Display on IE 6, 7 and firefox(1,2) on both the mac and pc version as well as any other popular browsers. 4. Need the ability to make tweaks and changes to the code where needed depending on clients feedback. Please see attached files (Note this is the latest version i have.
