Creat an online app / site like TwitPwr

I’m looking for someone who can create a web program very similar to the one over at [[login to view URL]][1]but #1 Geared towards musicians, with some added or changed features that will help musicians to market, promote & sell their music. #2- Very viral and that will prompt others to want to pass it around and show / share with others. Some of the features that it must have are: A- 3 levels, Free (Silver), Free Advanced (Gold) and paid (Platinum) all levels except the Silver will require users to sign up and choose a user name / password. B- An audio MP3 player at the top C- In the section that will be like this onw <[login to view URL]>we want to change the columns to match things that our users will be interested in such as 1- Instead of “TwitPWR Ranking?? the first column will say something like “Top Twitter Tuner?? and list the top users, #2 will be “Hot Tunes?? and will be links to the most ranked songs, #3- “Recent URLS?? will be the same as it is already D- On the “profile Page?? that gets created such as this one <[login to view URL]>the user will have a player with his music, videos and links to his other social networking profiles, as well as all of the other information that you currently see on that page. We also want to be able to place image and text ads on EVERY profile page as well.
