Custom CMS written in PHP

Custom script only! There will be two types of information, articles and “Q and A??. The articles will be categorized into category, subcategory and shopping list. The "Q and A" information will be categorized into category, subcategory, manufacturer, year , make, model, engine type, wheel drive type, transmission type, mileage and model specific (yes/no). Use a php template system. Must preserve our exsisting url structure for search engine preservation. This is a must! Rewrite will be used for preservation of the .htm and .html extensions and for seo urls. Admin area that will use different user access levels. Two user access levels. Administrator and Writer. More access levels needs to be supported. In the admin area, you will be able to add, edit and remove information and upload, insert and remove pictures. Approve or deny content written or altered by writers. Category, subcategory, manufacturer, year, make, model, engine type, wheel drive type, transmission type should be pre-determined. This information have to be unique. A tool will be created for admins to enter the pre-determined information. The admin area should contain saved versions of all information (versioning). Admins will have full control of every function the admin area has to offer. Writers will only have access to the add, edit, upload and insert function. Writers actions will be moderated. For every change they make, it has to be approved by the admins by an approve or deny function. Both admins and writes will have access to a wysiwyg style of article editor to add or edit content with and support images. Articles and "Q and A's" will be categorized as stated above in the section. Drop down should remember last selected item. Use php caching functions. Please explain functions in code. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Php 5.23+ and Mysql 5+ running on Apache 1.3x. with mod_rewrite.
