Dining Guide in Ruby on Rails

Decision to do project is 2 days old. Right now we need the following: Very important notes: 1. Must be done in Ruby on Rails 2. Tabless CSS to be used 3. No design needed because we are getting someone to do, just need coding 4. Must know AJAX 5. IF YOU BID, SEND LINKS TO YOUR RECENT WORK 6. Please also keep in mind that this dining guide is just the start of a much larger system, that is to be built around it. Will include nightlife, calendar, classifieds, etc. Project outline: 1. Create administration to control site, users, profiles,... everything in one control area 2. Create user signup 3. Create restaurant addition by user/admin. This will be very detailed with many fields, photos and data that can be searched 4. Create blog module for admin 5. Create few static pages, that admin can control While it doesn't sound like a lot, the guide will be very detailed, interactive and have some ajax inserted. If done correctly, will have many other projects to follow. Looking for someone in US foremost, but if you have great communication, will try overseas.
