blank homepage after transger from bluehost to godaddy

When trying to from [login to view URL] (bluehost) to [login to view URL] (godaddy) all semms well and wp-admin still works but for some reason the homepage is till blank. We tried several alternatives and had 3 programmers look into it and we can't fin the problem so we are turning towards the community.
