A few forms in php - submitting to a mysql db

This job here shouldn't take an experience coder much time at all. Alot of it is started, and I dont have time to finish it, and alot is repetitive and simple php basics.

What I need is a few things. (1) First component of this bid request is for the completion of the registration section of the website. Please visit [[url removed, login to view]][1], and create an account - you will need to do this in order to work on the site. The registration form needs to be revamped in terms of security wise. It currently allows you to not enter information and still attempt to function. A few more values need to be added as well.

(2) Component, once logged in, I need a under Billing Information -> Review Billing Information, I need the last 4 digits of the credit card to be displayed only, not the full number.

(3) Ordering System - Currently has a flow, but not completely correct. Again, the same problem falls with not inputing information, the site will still attempt to perform what is written. This needs to be modified, a couple of functions need to be added, and the information needs to go to various databases.

(4) Order System Cont. - Based on what information goes to the databases, some needs to be placed in an external file, and then some needs to be displayed throughout the website.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
