C# program to add or remove email addresses to an Exchange distribution list

This is a very simple application. I just want to do 3 things

-ADD an existing email address to an exsitng exchange distribution list

-REMOVE a speicified email address from a specified exchange distribution list (not remove the email address from exhange, just from the distribution list)

-LIST all email addresses in a specified exchange distribution list

Here are the detailed specs:

Create a C# console application which takes the following parameters

add|remove|list exchangeServerName exchangeUserid exchangePassword distributionListName [emailAddress]

1. The first parameter is a switch to indicate the functionality desired for current execution

2. For list, just list all email addresses to the console (writeLine)

3. For remove:

i. remove the specified user

ii. If the the keyword ALL is pseciefied in place of a specific user , then empty the specified Exchange distribution list

4. For add, just add the specified user to the specified Exchange distribution list

5. The 3 functions: add, remove, and list should be placed in separate functions, because the source code will eventually be incorporated into a larger program

6. All exceptions should be caught a written to the console

4. No validation, other than the command line itself, is required as this will be incorporated into a larger program.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
