CSV direct intergration with prestashop

Hello, Basicly it's the following Company feed is in a CSV file it needs to be converted into something that prestashop can deal with Difficuilt parts, photo needs to be downloaden (it's in the file but it's a link) database is updated trough an CSV link (URL)every day so presta needs to read it in everyday to read the updates, without changing the urls of the current products so purging the database and reloading it is not an option, because of the unique product ID by presta. the normal file cotains between 10.000 and 20.000 products. Products will change (price avalability) so some products will need to be put offline, new products will need to be put online. it is important that the process is automatic so a script or something that downloads it from the location once per day and converts it to presta. there is one price table in the file it's neccesary that a profit margin is based over it, so product cost 100 euro from pixpro then in presta it needs to cost 105 Euro - an easy to alter % Sample file attached to the project this is how the full database looks like and this is the software: [login to view URL]
