We are an advertising agency. We have prepared a full-screen (Windows OS only) Flash projector presentation for a major client that has the following functionality: 1) Videos (external FLVs) are launched from buttons and a also from a custom video controller. 2) Buttons use FS command (Exec) to launch external applications. We use the Exec command to launch the user's browser, Adobe Reader, Address Book and Email Client. HERE'S THE PROBLEM: all the applications open IN FRONT of our projector EXCEPT OUTLOOK. On some PCs (not all), Outlook opens BEHIND the presentation. Our conversations with Macromedia Tech Support have yielded the following: Flash's default behavior for full-screen projectors is to always display IN FRONT of any apps. open on the desktop. They suggested we investigate a third-party software that extends the capabilities of Flash projectors. We have researched mProjector by ScreenTIme and Zinc2 by Multidmedia. We have no objection to purchasing one of these products, but we need an experienced coder to build the first project for us to use as a template. Both projects have trial versions available. Additional info: you may use Flash version 7 or 8 for this project. We have posted the project for your inspection: [login to view URL] Download the file "[login to view URL]" BONUS: this is a tight-deadline job. We are offering a $150 bonus to have this problem solved by Tuesday 10/25.
