Advertising Website in Mambo

I need someone to redesign a mambo website for me. It is for an Advertising Site and hence I need someone with that experience. The work (my suggestion - will look forward to your suggestions) should include a nice flash header, some static graphics and some nice and simple business professional color combination. The current website's name will be given out in private discussions with you. Price - Cannot and will not afford more than US$150-175. Proof - In your bid, please include portfolio that would show samples of some professional sites. Time - Need a turn around of 4-5 days max. Earlier would be preferred.
