Auction website

please read all that is need for this website. please do not bid on the project unless you can complete this project in 2 weeks. I wasted 1 month with another GAF freelancer trying to make this website which he was unsucessful in making. All money will be depostied in escrow until the work is 100% finish. I need the project winner to have a messenger and please contact me once a day to update me on the site. when i choose you for the winner you have 1 day to accept the project or it will go to another person. Please do not waste my time and bid on the item and then tell me you cannot do the required work. The budjet for this project is 650. Since the other GAF did the design already all you will have to do is duplicate his design. so that part of the project is completed. THIS IS AN AUCTION SITE, IF YOU ARE NOT FAMILIAR WITH AN AUCTION SITE PLEASE DO NOT TAKE THE PROJECT. I only need people that know how to do the work to bid on the project.

these are the additional features that the website will have

1) Aside from the buying and selling options in the websites a barter(trade) system, stores and classifieds will also be a new features.

2) there should be an option for people to import their auctions from other websites and feedback.

3) when a memeber buys a product they should be able to pay for the product directly from my website.

4) when members sign up there should be an option to put in billing terms.

5) there shold be banner ads on the website so i can offer advertisement to customers.

6) a bid incriment when buyer are bidding they have the option of using automatic bids instead of typing in dollars values.

7) when sellers are selling an item they should be able to have a small design to put in there listin. something simple like banners or just a page background color.

8) buyers should have the option between having a live auction or a normal auction.

9) there should also be a feture where people can rent items. but there will be allowed to do this with a certain amount of feedback
