BANNER DESIGN NEEDED

Hi everyone I need a really good banner designer!I need you to design me four banners. 1. skyscraper standard size 2. standard horizontal 468*60 3. smaller banner i.e. like a button size. 4. banner 468*60 with about 10 frames, The banners are for a fashion website that sells ladies fashion clothes and accessories. The first three are simple: you can even use the same images and shrink these down so all three banners run the same images. BUT I want a very nice banner, clothes shoppers are picky and as such the banner needs “to make a call to action?? I would like the banner to be modern, fashionable & must have very clear graphics. I.E. person clicks one frame then takes them to one url, and another frame take visitor to another url? So that way I can get visitors to check out different brands that we sell. So there we have it!
