Collaboration Software

I have a auto parts store. I would like to have a web page...accessible to anyone to order parts for their car. Once the part is ordered, they can either come in, and have the part installed for an additional fee, or have the part shipped to them. I also want ot have it so that people can walk into the store, and buy a part right then and their, and then a mechanic (in one of the 10 or so "bays") can put the part on to the persons car. When something is ordered online, I will get a peice of paper saying This person ordered this...on this date...My price...their price...their shipping method...their billing method...their shipping/billing addresses/etc. When someoen comes into the store and purchases say a supercharger, I will put it into the computer, and out in the drive bay in which the car will be worked on, it will come up on the screen so the mechianic knows everything which is going on. It will also take care of inventory, prices, etc. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform IT needs to run in IE (the web part of it...) The software part of it for the inventory/etc can run in any os as we currently do not have computers and swill shortly be building some.
