Conversion of Existing Home-made Application to Vista/7 Compatability

I have a very rough (but fully working) Windows XP game that I can't get to work on Vista. ? I need someone who knows what they are doing to try and make it Vista/Windows 7 compatable. ? I'd like it to be able to run on a website, so a download was not required, and people can just play it for free. There are no copyright issues involved, the project was abandoned and made open source by the original designer.
