Convert HTML site to FLASH site

our website is [login to view URL] We would like a creative mind to take our current website and turn it into a flash website. The layout is to remain the same. Nothing is to be altered, aside from the flash animation. We do not want the flow animation to be cartoonish, but would like it to have a professional appeal. On all the "read more" pages, we would like a "back" button added for ease of flow. We would also like a quick animated intro into the site. We would like this to be professionally creative. After the intro, I would like to see an options landing page... Click here for html, and click here for flash... or something like that. Remember, just be creative. Also, when any of the top 4 options are moused over, we would like a faded (Transparent) version of our logo to spin, almost 3D like. When creating the flash document, please review our current website to assure that all the links that leave the page do the same in the document. There is a form mail on the contact us portion of the website. Do what ever needs to happen so that when that form is complete, it is mailed to "info" at "[login to view URL]" Again, we would like this to be as professionally creative as possible... so to accept your bid, I would like to see creative work that you have done before. Please do not make a bid if you do not have examples of past work. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
