Convert plain PPT to nice Flash

I have 2 Powerpoint presentations that are plain Jane and I would like to have them made into Flash. The background colors and text don't have to stay the same and I am looking for some pizzazz and creativity. I'd like Actionscript to move each slide forward and backward and any text or pictures to look better than it does now. A good Flash person can probably make this slideshow look better in an hour or so....that's what we need!
