Dating Web Site, Logo and Flash Intro

I am in the process of coding a dating site with similar functionality to [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] and need 3 things: 1) A really sharp logo that I can use both on the web as well as in print (i would want the original high-res photoshop or illustrator file). I will provide the name and the elements we would like to see in the logo upon awarding the project. 2) Website main page and 2 sub-pages: 1 blank sub page that I can use as a template for all other sub pages, and 1 sub page that will serve as the "signup" page where people choose a screen name and enter their profile information. I will provide the content that we need on the pages upon awarding the project. 3) A 15 second flash into which the user can skip if they dont want to watch it, or if their browser doesnt support it. The flash intro should have some light jazz music behind it, and basic motion to capture the users attention so they read what we have to say in the intro. We will provide all content for this after awarding the project. It's basically like 7 different "slides" that we want to scroll through before prompting them to add a profile to our site. ## Deliverables 1) The pages should be lively, with sharp colors that match the colors in the logo. The site should look similar to (but better than) [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], etc. I do NOT want someone to take a template from templatemonster or a similar site and use that. I want a unique design for the logo, the website and the flash intro. 2) Winning bidder will provide a few different "comps" of the proposed logo design, and we may go through a few revisions of the logo design, colors, fonts, elements, etc. before selecting the final version. First payment of 25% will be sent after selection of comp to become final version. 3) Winning bidder will provide a few different "comps" of the proposed website design, and we may go through a few revisions of the colors, fonts, elements, etc. before selecting the final version. Second payment of 25% will be sent after selecting the website comp to become final version. 4) Winning bidder will provide a few different "comps" of the flash intro, and we may go through a few revisions of the colors, fonts, elements, etc. before selecting the final version. Third payment of 25% will be sent after selecting the flash comp to become final version. 5) Final payment of 25% will be sent upon delivery and acceptance of final work in accordance with this bid request. 6) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 7) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. (This will probably be a zip file) 8) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site). ## Platform PHP on Redhat Enterprise Linux with MySQL - pretty irrelevant for this project.
