Design converted to FLASH

We are looking for a coder or group that can begin work immediately. We want a VERY good Flash designer who is good a Cartoon type Flash. It is most important that the designer have a good concept of what Cartoon means. There are many slight details that make something look fun and professional and we need to capture that. We have a Design ALREADY conceived we simply need it to be converted to Flash. Please NOT just copy and paste our concept images, we want it completely vectorized. We have the vector based source files for the Cartoon figures. Coder MUST have feedback.. We will not accept ANY bidders without feedback unless you have an impressive portfolio of similar work (Cartoons). There will be two MAin pages the home page and the template. You can also go to <[login to view URL]> we will refer to this page as one of the template pages (the Share Hosting page) We will work with you to design the other pages but based on THIS page. The other pages will have to look similar and act similar to the other template pages. You will have some design freedom with these other pages as we provide the content. We will need pages for: 1. Contact 2. Support 3. Shared Hosting 3. Dedicated hosting 4. Web Promotion 5. Website Development 6. Special 1 7. Special 2 8. Legal page These are both rough drafts of the two basic designs. The final product will have to be clean both graphics and flash. You will notice that you can click the pages to flip back and forth to see how they compliment each other. ## Deliverables **HOME PAGE** We want the user to be able to mouse over each of the 4 main areas in the middle (shared hosting dedicated hosting etc..) we want each section to enlarge in a "cartoon like" manor not just get large. Cartoon like generally goes smaller for a split second and get large for a split second and then SLIGHTLY smaller from the large. Bouncy is the only way I can describe it. We want most links to work this way, as our theme is a Cartoon Alligator. so for example the X represents the flash time line as the size (The more X's the larger) xx-x-----xxxx-xxx (on mouse out) xxx-xxxx-----x-xx or expressed by numbers 2-1----5-4 (mouse out) 4-5---1-2 This make an effect of a drop of liquid. The Gator at the top of the page we want it to submerge partly every 5 seconds and show the ripples in the water react to the movement. From the middle area down we want HTML. * we want it to look alive not just move up and down. You can flash the more info buttons at the bottom but we want to be able to edit the text in the large white box and under each of the two bottom right text boxes. (Free website and free submission) the top of the page will probably need to be flash in order for the Gator to work. Please note that the top nav bar needs to be evenly spaced, it was put together rather fast. Note on FLASH. The top right nav bar also to work the same as the home page. There is a secondary nav bar for each of the 4 main sections. We want this to work similar to the home page. Where it will get slightly enlarged when mouse over. The links will work the same as the home page and go to the same locations. The Area inside the large white area needs to be HTML Where a table can be enlarged and the top sides and bottom remains together so that the page can be longer but remain together. The arrow needs to be drawn a little better than our example, but it should be flash so we can remove it on the pages we don't want it if we add more pages later. We will work on the other subpages and give them to you. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform HTML, ASP, FLASH or Equivilent (No PHP or MySQL)
