Designer Needed For Touch Ups

I have a church site that allows users to add content from a back end admin side. There are 6 designs implemented and I need a designer with flash, php, and html knowledge to: Clean up designs like center headers in area better, make styles look cleaner, clean up any bad design things like misalignment, better colored boxes to hold content, etc. Location of certain things are governed by rules of program. Also, I need a Stop Music option on the design side plus have it fixed so that the music playing does not stop and restart each time a new page is clicked Then on the admin side, there was an initial design that was very good and stylish. But adding options and having things added by the person who did not do the original design has led the design to stray away and it looks too patched togethor. The admin style must look look better, cleaner, and easier for the user. ## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

Must work in IE and fix things that are not being viewed correctly in Firefox.
