Designer/Programmer Needed-- 4 DAYS MAX MUST BE HIGH QUALITY AND FAST

If you can not do this job in 4 days then do not bother. No excuses will be accepted. I don't want to hear you suddenly got ill, you had a death, your power went out, etc. I am sorry, but I am tired of the excuses. If you can not do this project 100% and ALONE then do not bother. I do not want to hear your designer/programmer is away. You must be skilled enough to complete this by yourself. Please see attached form for specs. DO NOT SEND ME PREWRITTEN COPY/PASTED MESSAGES OR I WILL NOT CONSIDER YOU FOR THIS OR ANY OTHER PROJECT!!!!! PRIORITY WILL BE GIVEN TO THOSE WITH ONLINE PORTFOLIOS AND RATINGS!
