Develop Full Flash Based Web site - only experienced developer please

I own a web design agency. We would like to develop a full flash based web site for our client that is similar in flash features & scripting like that of www.woodhead.com.au. My designers have come up with the design BUT we do not know how to execute the flash scripting. We thus, need a very experienced flash designer to assist us on this project. As this is an important job, we need reliable, well established flash designers who have high rating on RAC to assist. We do not want part-timers.
