I am working on behalf of a major international telecomms company which is already very successful at selling digital content of any type but primarily games, wallpapers and interactive content over mobile and cellular networks. I am putting together an anthology of digital material which can be sold over those networks, either as existing licensed material or brand-new content.
Anybody, or any company, wishing to offer material - on a strictly commercial basis - to this new anthology should contact immediately. In essence we are looking for any sort of material that people are likely to purchase via or over a mobile phone for viewing on that phone.
Each item will be offered for sale over the mobile network on a shared revenue basis with the originator of the material receiving an agreed percentage of each sale via Bank Transfer or Paypal.
Because of the proliferation of phone types and systems we will be seeking multi-platform material. Any content running on a restricted mobile system will be considered but multi-platform is preferred.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
The proliferation of phone types and systems creates problems in this area and so we will be seeking multi-platform material. Any content running on a restricted mobile system will be considered but multi-platform is preferred, and obviously a concentration on major systems for the likes of Nokkia will be ideal.
