I want a chat bar for my website (my site is a social media website) (will be placed in the footer, bottom of screen at all times).
The chat bar will have to have the facebook chat, MSN, google talk, yahoo chat and AIM chat intergrated into the bar, as well as a chat for people who use the site and don't have those social networks.
I also want to have video and voice calls (similar to skype type) intergrated into the chat bar.

well with my bar i want it to be at the bottom of the viewers screen all the,
i want a button to appear in someones profile page showing if they are online and they can click to enable chatting with them like Facebook does.
then I want the bar to be peer to peer so as to not use the server for dependance.
i want the bar to have all the fetaures that the cometchat platinum bar has http://www.cometchat.com/features/compare-editions
i also want to integrate into this chat bar facebook chat, MSN chat, google talk, yahoo chat, and myspace chat
allowing the user to manage all their chat's
