A site containing video

I need a site built from scratch. The site's goal is to let the users upload a video file (one file each; 3 min max) and to present themselves in this video and in a web page where they write their individual details. The user will be able to upload and write his details in his unique page after he registered to the site, paid the site management via credit card and get access automatically after that. After the user's registration they can update their home page and change their details as many time as they want. The users will choose a unique category that will help the surfer find them. The surfer, will be able to surf the whole site for free, to watch the video clip and to connect to the user by the system's messaging service directly from the site. The System requirements are quite similar to those of matchmaking sites, although the goal here is different. The video clip must be in good quality and accessible to all internet user's. Preferably using Flash. That means there needs to be a mechanism that will enable uploading MPG, WMV, AVI etc, and convert the video to Flash. The surfer will be using a search engine built into the system, to find what they want to see, by using category, groups and so on. The site will be based on a CMS (preferably custom-built) that will allow the site owners to enter articles and news and to quickly edit the content of the site. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform PHP or ASP
