Another small project for Webtrendz

Just a simple changes to the existing template. 1. Center Joomfish flags inside the flag module 2. Add place for banner module near logo 3. Change module headers to be translatable (show as text framed with tribal ornament) 4. Change site background as following: At the moment it is one big picture, I've found out that even on fast internet connection it takes some tome to load the image. To optimize this I'd like to split it into two images - top and bottom, bent to the the top of the page and bottom of the page accordingly, leaving the middle part inheriting site background color and being adjustable.
