Authorware CBT

I require a program built in Authorware 7.1. Here's how it will work: 1a) user will input a 4 letter code if they know it or 1b) user will pick from a series of items to determine the 4 letter code (from 1a) 2. User will then repeat the process of 1a or 1b (because they will be choosing for someone else as well) 3. Based on the results of the choices in 1 and 2, they will be presented with several categories of information to click (which will result in text explanations). This information will be comparing information based on the 4 letter code results from 1 and 2. I will be providing all the information that will go into the database. This project is to use Authorware to create the cbt and connect the database (which you have also designed). Notes: this is a cbt program so it will be put on cd (therefore database that is sent to user needs to be part of it). I think Access is the best for this but I am open to other options. **I NEED TO SEE SAMPLES OF YOUR AUTHORWARE WORK WITH YOUR BID.** ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows
