Written in Delphi (5/7) only. I require bids for a simple graphic/ image processing software. The software will allow the user to select an area of 1 image with a laso tool and paste it onto a background image. The program will need to be able to select various (catalog) of different background images and have some basic image manipulation tools such as select/move/rotate the copied/selected object and maybe some color enhancements or brush tools to allow the selected image to be merged nicely with the selected background. I am a Delphi programmer with many years of experience and 30+ projects on RAC all with a 10 rating. I know what I'm looking for and expect top quality work. The project must be written in Delphi and compile in Delphi version 5 or 7 with minimal modifications. Third party components are acceptable if they are supplied with this projects source code. No installation required.
