Build a Website

I am looking for a website/ Wordpress developer to finesse an existing website that I own. The site is currently being hosted on [login to view URL], and has been amateurly designed on there, but looking for someone to the next level. Reference sites for looks would be [login to view URL] www.bleacherreport.com. www.brobible.com. (I know they're big-think simpler) The site is primarily used for the following: 1. News and entertainment I would like to be able to update the site via my phone and tablet as news occurs, so this functionality would be helpful. I add links, images and videos 3-4 times a day. 2. Events We host live events, so I would like an event list/ calendar where people can see the event, details, and how to book if they click on it. 3. Video We shoot a lot of video we link. So I need to be able to insert Youtube links and tie in Instagram easily. 4. Images Again, we upload a few of these daily. So being able to upload via devices would help. 5. Social Media The bulk of our traffic is Facebook, so we need to be able to engage with our page, but also allow people to see that the website is an enhanced version. 6. Google SEO We are fortunate enough to get large traffic, we are (dumb) and want to be able to integrate search to hone our market. 7. Mobile It should look good and work well on a mobile. I know exactly what I want the site to look like, and have a map of the pages and what will be on them. I'm not a total idiot, so I will make it as easy as possible for you by giving you everything ahead of time.
