Celebrity Gossip Site (833743)

What I am looking for is a designer with some creativity. I need you to mix two sites together for a nice full RSS feed gossip website to plug into my other one's. For the main page, I would like something like this, [login to view URL] Something nice and pretty to draw people in. That lower middle row would update with the top news scandals, etc. I would also like, 'today's birthdays', and 'most popular sections' in the lower left versus those box graphics. For the back end, I am looking for something similar to this,[login to view URL] ,in it's offerings. I want the layout however to remain consistent with the front page. Different color scheme, etc. You can find a lot of the RSS feeds from just clicking the links in the different sections. I want you to import or build in all of the existing sources on this demo site. Many different celebrity, news, music, movie feeds as possible. You are going to need a DB of some kind to deal with archive and pictures. As well as the search function. You are mainly looking to pull same content delivery offerings. A single picture for each news story. On the main page, right column, I may use those for links (i.e. the big pictures) or features. When contacting me on this bid.. actually give a BID. Or at least a ball park figure on what we are looking at based on initial details, or similar projects you've worked on. DO NOT just send me your resume, your sales pitches, and other random comments that have little to nothing to do with the project at hand. I want to know your experience on this kind of project, and how you plan to accomplish it in the time given. I want to know that should I choose you, then you will give me high end product and support along with meeting the time commitment. I am not interested in hourly, or page by page random quotes. Nor hearing about the army of people in your company overseas. You are cloning this site, but putting a different 'skin' on it. I need this site as a baseline for some other celebrity sites. So once completed, the site must have an RSS feed (text) I can use for other sites. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform The site must look, and work the same on all browsers. Must work on Linux server (i.e. PHP, or equivalent. No ASP).
