Clone site into Theme

Okay so I am using wordpress for a website, and need an easy template for it. it will be practically a clone to [login to view URL] and the others those are the main 'blog post' pages. then I need the index page to look like: [login to view URL] Then I will also need a simple actual blog template to go along with it, similar to [login to view URL] (aka matching my site theme) I will be using a membership plug in, called Digital Access Pass (DAP) if you know of this, if not no big deal it doesnt affect the layout or anything. I want an almost duplicate copy of the template, but obviously with my own domain name and images. if you can provide top quality graphics for the site, such as the index page, let me know. I will be hiring that person as well. Since it is an exact rip of that site, I expect a quick job and also a fairly priced job.
