Create a landing page on unbounce

Looking for someone to design a new landing page for me on unbounce. I already have an unbounce account so you will be using this to create the new landing page. I expect the landing page to be of the highest quality. I will aslo need a email mail to go with it. I expect someone to create an email mailer (which I can use for bulk emails) that has a hyper link to the landing page that you will also create. Below are links to an mailer and landing page.
