Creating a fashionable website that is user-driven

We are a team of designers and developers with expertise and experience in Web designing, HTML, CSS, PHP, AJAX, JQuery, XML, Wordpress and MySql. We have developed many complex and extensive custom sites of varied extents and complexity. I can develop the site in core PHP and MySql or Wordpress. I would personally suggest a site in core PHP and MySql. We have coded and integrated custom CMS for many sites and it enables easy updation and maintenance. We have also integrated Wordpress for many sites. I have read the specifications and am confident of delivering very well. We have developed similar features for many sites. a) Export the event so it is synchronised with their private calendar. c) Add a sms/mail reminder function which sends out a message X amount of time before the event begins. The synchronization with private calendar will be difficult for us. SMS mail function also needs interacting with API of an SMS gateway. So I suggest we leave this out for later maybe. Yes will set up a mail reminder system. The project is very doable. However I need detailed and complete specifications so that I can assess scope of work precisely ( we can chat and discuss). I will revise / confirm my bid accordingly. Detailed specifications will also help me to make an informed commitment and are essential for delivering as required.
