Creation of a new Webpage to rate Items

Technology that should be used: PHP MySQL Webhosting should be provided at the initial phase Goal of the website: Customers can search and rate items. Various standard questions will be asked (for example recommendation, quality, price, free text) User can register for login (with email verification) and catcha (also Facebook login should be possible) On most pages there will be calculation based from the DB for example Average rates of the items, number of responses for an item. Total number of responses There will be graphs based on the DB calculation, for example how many ratings per day shown as graph and tables (in total about 12 graphs and 10 tables) and with filters to update the content of the graphs and tables. In the first phase of the project the the user can register, rate the items, add new items to rate and statistics of some items will be shown. The standard languages of this project are German and English (Multilingual). It can be developed in English, but then German should be also implemented for most sites. In the second part of this project we create the item owner pages. An item owner (company) can register, paying an yearly fee for example with paypal and see more detailed results and ratings of the items. Most graphs and tables will be implemented in this part of the project. Other stuff: contact form for questions search functionalities for the items possibility to upload a picture of the item Facebook login possibility for the users Admin pages where DB entries and pages and content can be edited and updated
