Broadlist Project

Requirements:

-Develop data driven website in PHP with a backend database running MySQL on a linux server. Work includes backend DB work plus site design and structure. (Full site implementation)

I have example sites in terms of look/feel that I will provide the winning bidder

Coder requirements:

No weekend-only coders. I need to see daily updates and have access to communication

as need to make sure that the project runs smooth. If you have questions, ask. Not communicating on the requested daily basis will be grounds to terminate the assignment and reassign. (only bid on this project if you will work on it full time until it is done)

Project goals:

-Make a site that has lists for free. List can be used by sales reps

-The website should not be detectable as a data-driven website. (ie URL structures should appear as <[login to view URL]> not something like <[login to view URL]> )

-Initial design will NOT have search capabilities, but leave space for it.

-Simple to read, uncluttered, easy to navigate

-Different major pieces of website design should be defined by Style sheets, therefore allowing actual size of each data driven page to be smaller

-Site should have a space to fill in daily news for each level 3 page (levels described in detail later) News provided daily by proprietary application that uploads an html news file.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
