create website around forum

Currently I have only a forum (Invision Board 1.3) but I want a 'whole website' where the forum is just a part of it. The website should have a login that uses the same database as the fourm. The website should be created in php/mysql. Layout of both website and forum must be the same. Current forum uses a basic skin and that needs a complete makeover to fit a new skin. Elements needed: - frontpage - the existing forum - guestbook - News list (copied) from newspapers & Newsarchive - chatapplet (General Public License version) - links - disclaimer - list of addresses - banner page - Hit Counter - FAQ - IP based restriction to lockout certain ipaddress - Good Menu structure, same on every page - You know more? Then add it... * * * The website needs a backend to administrate the mentioned elements. a wysiwyg editor is required. Dont forget that the existing forum (and data) must be integrated! We speak Dutch, so all commands/menu must end up in that language allthough we can translate things later together so that lanuage will not be a problem during the work. * * *So, are you a handy coder who works very fast and independent, has much of free time to work and can create a new skin, design some images, has good knowledge of php/mysql? * * *Important Info: the website is a hangout place for professionals in the adult industry. A signup should be there, before the visitors can even see the content of the website. The login is moderated and only after aproval visitors should go in. * * * **Read what we want.
