Accordion Category Menu and Link Rewrites in PHP

I want my existing categories menu which creates an unordered list, and add an accordion to that for any categories having sub-categories. You can see an example of what I would like here [login to view URL]:W:Dresses and please use the jQuery UI for this even though we'll make it look prettier! See the categories code attached. Also, my URLs are generated by this function.
